Tell us your brief bio/running history:
I've been running for 20+ years, yet still consider myself a newbie. There are so many lessons to still be learned and trails to explore...my running adventure has just begun.

What is your favorite running experience?
My favorite running experience is crossing the finish line of my 1st marathon 9 years ago (Green Bay Cellcom). They say that it changes you, and it truly did. I look back at who I was and who I have become, without a doubt running has enriched my life in more ways than I can count. The best is yet to come!!!
What events are you running/racing in 2016? What are your goals?
For the past year I focused on the getting back into marathon shape. This year I want to challenge myself and try a distance that scares me to death...50 miles. Bring it Fall 50! I'm coming for you.
What is your favorite book or author?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Favorite Fitsok sock and why?
F4 BLACKOUT No-Show - It is my go to sock for all conditions (hot, cold, trail, road). I love that they are black, I feel like a badass when I wear them.

What’s the number one race on your bucket list?
Grand Canyon R2R2R
What is your favorite distance to race?
Anything else we (and the world) should know about you?
I run because I can. I know that sounds simple, but I don't take for granted that I have the ability to run...not everyone is so lucky. I may not be fast, but I feel a great sense of responsibility to go out and push myself in ways that others cannot because I have been blessed with the capability to do so.
If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would it be?
Willy Wonka Bottle Caps...I'm obsessed with candy.
