Tell us your brief bio/running history:

Started doing marathons, moved to triathlons, then Ultra's. Huge passion for trail running/hiking.

What running groups/communities are you involved with?

Member of the Upper Midwest Trail Runners.

What is your favorite running experience?

Running the Grand Canyon Rim To Rim To Rim was one of the most amazing and challenging experiences of my life. The Superior 100, was also one of my favorites thanks to a great crew and all the people who ran.

What events are you running/racing in 2016? What are your goals?

Grand Canyon R2R2R, Voyageur 50 in July, TCM October, hopefully Wild Duluth 100K. Goal to run happy, run smart & finish strong.

What is your favorite book or author?

Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway

Favorite Fitsok sock and why?

CX3 Low

Major running accomplishments (races completed, PRs, awards won)

Superior 100, Mount Hood 50 (twice) Voyageur 50, Grand Canyon R2R2R (hopefully twice I leave Thursday) 8 straight TCM's (one on my own to keep the streak alive)

What was the last rule you broke?

Bringing food into a movie.
